Short version: Cancel anytime, no questions asked. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We don't do surprise charges or lock-in contracts.
You can cancel your Manifex subscription at any time from your account Settings page or by emailing [email protected].
When you cancel:
Subscription charges where you contact us within 7 days and have not actively used the service during that billing period. Evaluated case by case — we're reasonable.
Manifex-rate shipment charges once a shipment has been confirmed and tendered to a carrier. The rate is locked at booking — the carrier cost is already committed.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 30 days and we will review your account. We want to get it right.
Your 14-day free trial begins when you create your account. No credit card is required to start. If you add a payment method during the trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends.
You can cancel during the trial at any time — no charge, no commitment.
After your access period ends, we retain your shipment data for 90 days in case you reactivate. After 90 days, data is purged from active systems. We recommend exporting your shipment history before your access ends.
