By creating a Manifex account or using the Manifex software or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Manifex on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
Manifex provides a shipping logistics platform including BOL generation, parcel and LTL rate comparison, direct carrier label printing, and accounting software integration. The service is provided as a subscription software application.
We reserve the right to update, improve, or modify features of the service at any time. We will notify you of material changes that affect your workflow.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to:
You may not share accounts, resell access, or use Manifex to process shipments on behalf of businesses other than your own without written agreement.
Manifex is billed on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription begins after your 14-day free trial ends. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee on a recurring monthly basis.
Shipments processed using Manifex rates are charged separately at the rate displayed at time of booking. Manifex rates are locked and billed at the moment you confirm a shipment. These charges are non-refundable once a shipment is confirmed and tendered to the carrier.

Manifex facilitates rate quotes and shipment booking through carrier APIs and third-party logistics networks. Rate quotes are estimates based on information you provide. Final carrier charges may vary if shipment details (weight, dimensions, freight class) differ from what was declared at booking.
When using your own carrier account, Manifex acts as an interface only — the carrier relationship and any billing disputes are between you and your carrier.
When using Manifex rates, you are purchasing transportation services through Manifex's carrier agreements. Rate is locked at confirmation. Pickup scheduling and carrier assignment are managed by Manifex.
Manifex is a software platform that facilitates shipment booking and documentation. We are not a licensed freight broker or carrier unless expressly stated. We are not liable for:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manifex's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Manifex in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account suspension.
Manifex and all associated software, design, and content are the property of Manifex, LLC. Your shipment data and business records remain yours. We claim no ownership over data you create using the platform.
You may cancel your account at any time per our Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
Upon termination, you may export your shipment history. We will retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
